CONTEXT
Mark major swing structure, major support/resistance, prior session extremes, and the broad directional environment.
LESSON 01 · MARKET STRUCTURE & TIMEFRAMES
The goal is not to make every timeframe agree perfectly. The goal is to give each timeframe one clear job so a fast 1m move does not override the larger structure.
CONTEXT
Mark major swing structure, major support/resistance, prior session extremes, and the broad directional environment.
STRUCTURE
Refine the intraday map: meaningful highs/lows, support-resistance flips, compression, and nearby opposing structure.
CONFIRMATION
Observe the reaction, structure shift, displacement, reclaim, rejection, or directional follow-through.
EXECUTION
Use only for precise timing after the higher-timeframe story is already defined. Do not build the entire setup from one candle.
CORE STRUCTURE LANGUAGE
Use meaningful swings, not every tiny zigzag. The purpose is to describe what price has already done—not to predict what it must do next.
A swing high above the prior meaningful swing high.
A pullback low that holds above the prior meaningful low.
A rally high that fails below the prior meaningful high.
A swing low below the prior meaningful swing low.
VISUAL EXAMPLE
This simplified diagram shows a higher high followed by a higher low and another higher high. The structure description comes from the relationship between swings.

NEXT LESSON
Next you will learn why some levels deserve more attention than others and how structural confluence strengthens a level.
This lesson teaches market-structure vocabulary and a chart-review process. It does not provide trading signals, forecasts, recommendations, or guarantees of outcome.
